Parental Complaints/Issues/Problems procedure:

Should you have a complaint or concern about the Association /Coaching etc, that your child is participating in that needs to be addressed you should follow the proper chain of command. If a complaint comes through the web page it will be sent to the president of the association for investigation. Thank you for your cooperation in these issues. All issues should be addressed in a timely manner. Note: You must be willing to give your name and contact information for these issues to be addressed. All complaints must be in writing.

3. Vice President/President of Association
4. Board of Directors of that Association
5. If no action is taken, and all steps above have been followed please contact the following
